Hey Carrie! Larry told Bart about your awesome house deal...that is so COOL! I remember you were telling me you wanted something a little bigger with a pool and you got it! We actually started making rennovations here...kitchen & bathrooms and met with a realtor about a month ago. We are getting everything updated & then listing...we're looking at getting 5-10 acres out in the country (we might decide to sacrifice land & buy in Argyle). I like the idea of smaller school district, staying ahead of the growth curve. Homes are still selling fast in my neighborhood, so it's a good time to get out.
